A user of Tweeter can now be able to click a “View Tweets” button, which shows the conversation surrounding the most discussed topic on which he is most interested.
Twitter said the Discover feature will soon become more capable on Twitter’s various smartphone apps. in a couple of weeks.
While the Discover tab can assist companies demand to a larger audience, one of Twitter’s most helpful uses for social media marketing is to increase its grip among businesses of all sizes. Scan to Develop more Social Media Friendly Features
News on Social Marketing, according to TechCrunch, Provo, Scan co-founder Garrett Gee thinks Scan can go beyond as a QR code and 1D barcode scanner and make them to a user-friendly things like movie posters and conference badges.
Gee says that his company differentiates itself with its closest rival, Paperworks, by concentrating more on brand and consumer experience, straddling the line between reader and generator in an easily reached method.
Gee named the company Scan so as not to limit it to QR codes. He will also be going into 1D barcodes, NFC and image recognition. They are also developing Social media friendly features like ”Scan to Follow”(Twitter), “Scan to Like”(FB), and “Scan to Check-in”(Foursquare).

Mobile Internet Is the Future
News on Social Marketing, according to Jeffbullas.com, Amazon, on its latest quarter sales results, reported sales of $6.57 billion and provided some figures that shows in excess of $1 billion sales from mobile devices for the last 12 months. That is nearly 5% of mobile sales compared to desktops of all its online sales activity.
In Amazons case, an extra 4-5% of revenue may not seem to be very considerable but it sure can increase over time.
A study by Morgan Stanley’s “Internet Tends 2010” supported Amazons figures showing that the increase of mobile internet is larger than the growth of desktop internet in its first 7 quarters with Apple as the front runner. Only 3 months after its launch, Apple iPad was by far the most used mobile device.
The mobile internet is here and is increasingly growing swiftly and cannot be overlooked. In fact Morgan Stanley is predicting that mobile internet use will surpass desktop within a period of 5 years.
