News on Social Marketing, according to Blog Twitter, more interactive experiences can now be found inside any Tweet on twitter.com and mobile.twitter.com. Content previews, view images, play videos and more can now be seen once you expand Tweets containing links to partner websites.

The Wall Street Journal, Breaking News, and TIME are among growing groups of new partners that bring rich content inside Tweets containing a link to those websites.

Breaking news and bylines are much easier to discover now. A preview with the headline, introduction and sometimes the Twitter accounts of the publisher and writer can be seen once you expand a Tweet linking to a news article by The New York Times, The San Francisco Chronicleor Der Spiegel Online.

Exclusive photos from inside the WWE ring or images from sources like BuzzFeed and TMZ can be seen, and your favorite television shows like BET’s 106 & Park can be watched and play video from partners like Lifetime and Dailymotion.

You can also continue to read the article, follow these accounts, and reply, favorite or retweet the Tweet.

Starting today, everyone on twitter.com and mobile.twitter.com can experience this easy new way to discover content from the web and its coming soon to Twitter for iPhone and Twitter for Android.

Fast Preview and Content with Yahoos’ Axis

News on Social Marketing, according to Brafton News, Yahoo has just introduced Axis which is available as a browser plug-in on PCs and an app on smartphones and tablets, and is essentially a browser in and of itself allowing users to speedily access preview and find content through search.

Opening the plug-in of their laptops or desktops enables users to see horizontal pop-up at the bottom of their screen allowing them to search Yahoo from any tab currently open in their browser. Upon clicking on the Axis search box, which appears on the bottom left corner of the browser window, the search bar expands, primarily showing various Yahoo sites and trending topics. Powered by Bing’s engine, the result previews will display the top results upon entering a query.

This app functions the same way on mobile devices with the only difference of users not viewing a website while they access Axis on their handsets.

Mobile users can instantly share content from Axis results on social networks they frequently interact with or email results to a contact. Axis is available on the iPhone and iPad with an Android release still being developed.

Information and Data Easily Acquired with Knowledge Graph

News on Social Marketing, according to Brafton News, a few weeks after Google introduced Knowledge Graph, results showed that users are doing more series queries and are actively engaging with the content yielded by their queries.

Google Fellow Amit Singhal, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, said that users are being more active in their use of Google by accessing more in-depth content about their subject matter. As results not only yield links to articles and other content regarding the query itself, subjects associated with the content are being accessed regularly.

While some believed that Wikipedia and other sites may protest, WSJ reported that those running the free online encyclopedia consider it to be an acceptable feature for it allows more users to access information, and Knowledge Graph makes these data easier to obtain.

Companies extending a wide range of content intended to help their readers learn, facilitate in making their sites become greater resources. Knowledge Graph can probably make the concept of thought leadership and brand authority remarkably important moving forward.
